Project description On the basis of an overall corporate scheme of education 76 persons have been involved in the project. With respect to different positions and the related different requirements on the education the participants have been divided to three groups: Top management, Medium management, and Other employees. for the target group prepared is a complete general education of the managerial, sales, and communication skills. The education is performed by three education programmes that will be tailored for the individual three groups; furthermore IT and language courses are performed.

Project objectives

the main objective of the project is the increase of adaptability of employees and competitiveness of BLOCK a.s. by the improvement of specialized theoretical and practical knowledge of employees, by improvement of their skills and by access to further education.
 

Implementation

All project activities are performed in accordance with a determined time schedule, which will be updated, on a permanent basis, in the course of the project. The overall organization of the project and its smooth course is the responsibility of an implementation team. the training is provided by a contractor selected on the basis of a selection procedure.

This project is financed from the EU Social Fund by means of the Operation Programme "Human Resources and Employment" and from the Czech national budget.
